All Customers - Shipping or Dropping Off Your System
Console RX strives to repair and return your gaming system to you as quickly as possible. To utilize our services, you must first click on "Create An Account" (click on link inside the right side "Login Form" box on the home screen). After you fill out that information, you will receive a confirmation email that your registered account is active. Once you have received that, you can then login to access the workorder request form link (which will now be available in the "top menu" along with "your details" and "logout" links). Please fill that out as completely as possible and submit it. The next step would be to mail us your unit, or if you are a local customer, you may call us (at the number below) to arrange drop off your system during our normal scheduled hours of operation (Mon. - Fri. from 10am to 6pm CST).
